Here’s what some of our partners have said:

Thank you yet again for a great day! I always receive really positive feedback from the staff and children, they’ve all had a great day and learn so much.
S.Costello - KLP Teacher (October 2023)
"It was great! We learnt so much I feel much more confident with first aid and I think I could make a real difference if needed.
(Year 6 pupil)

I know what to do in an emergency now and I can help keep my family and friends safe.

"The children loved it. They especially enjoyed looking at the objects that could be a hazard and passing them around the circle to the Paw Patrol music. They enjoyed the videos they watched and then putting their learning into practice by getting into partners and dialling 999 for help. By doing this exercise the children effectively remembered how to call for help when needed and they were even practising this during their dinner time outside."

“Sam and his team recently came down over several weeks and delivered their first aid workshops to all 13 of our cluster group of schools. Every head was delighted with the service they received. Head teachers and staff from all schools have commented on the outstanding delivery and engagement of pupils.”
Lisa Hobby, Head Teacher, Ashurst Wood Primary School, East Grinstead (September 2021)
“Thank you so much for the first aid training you gave to our pupils last week. The children and staff thoroughly enjoyed the experience and they were all so confident to talk to me about it afterwards. The differentiated activities were ideal and resulted in engagement from all pupils. We will be in touch next year.”
Davina Sumner, Head Teacher, Williow Primary School, Doncaster (July 2023)
“The staff were very professional and had great resources to support our children’s learning. The activities were tailored to each year group and suited the needs of all our learners. It was a great experience for both our children and staff and something we will continue in future years. I would highly recommend Sam and his team.
Samantha Costello, Curriculum Leader, Kirton Lane Primary School, Doncaster (October 2023)

“Thank you so much for coming in to school. The children (and staff) had a great time and told me that the training was pitched perfectly to the age of the classes. Lots of parents commented that the children were telling them all about what they had learned and even practiced first aid on family members at home. We would be happy to welcome you back next year. I will be moving schools in September and we would love to have you there as well.”

At First Aid Schools, our main aim is to fit into your requirements. We believe in the value of teaching young people important life skills from an early age. Our provision is for ALL young people and we have created a unique curriculum for Year 1 – Year 6 pupils.

First Aid is now a compulsory element of the national curriculum and recognised within Ofsted’s ‘cultural capital’ focus. Our bespoke workshops are fun, active and engaging, providing young people with the skills and knowledge to understand the actions required in an emergency situation.

We design high quality workshops around your needs and timeframes. These can be a one off experience or a sustainable programme of enrichment throughout a young person’s primary education.

We believe first aid in primary schools should be regular and differentiated. Our bronze, silver and gold awards system allow for a programme suitable for all years. Each young person will receive certification of the level they achieve.
